Very pleasant experience! I've been to several mattress stores and they are all so pushy and act desperate to sell me anything. Dave and his wife were so patient and kind. Dave answered every question we had and never once did we feel like he was trying to get us to buy anything if we weren't sure about it. We went in with a specific brand in mind, he told us all about them and showed us comparable brands. He spent plenty of time with us and made sure we got what we were looking for. I had planned on visiting a few more places before purchasing but changed my mind after visiting Mattress USA. Thanks Dave and Judy, we are loving our new Helix mattress!!
View on GoogleThis place was fantastic! Dave and Judy know there's stuff. They are some of the friendliest people to deal with when making an important purchase. They were incredibly helpful, I will never go anywhere else. They are highly recommended and I will come back here next time to buy that King. The delivery professionals were prompt and on time and they are really nice people too. I highly recommend Mattress USA
View on GoogleGreat customer service. They know what they're talking about and willing to help you find exactly what you need. I bought my new mattress here about a week ago now and it is still amazing! Loving it very much. 100% recommend this store.
View on GoogleExcellent mattress company! After looking at 7 mattress stores we found the right one. They have a great selection of mattresses and so easy to work with. No high pressure to buy and have better prices than the other mattress stores. David and Judy were willing to work with our budget and really made the whole process easy. The delivery was fast and very satisfied with our purchase. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mattress or bedding.
