EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH MATTRESS DELIVERY. When we got to the locale the attention was good and we ordered and paid without issue. When it came to the delivery, we had to re-schedule due to our living situation, that went well as well. HOWEVER, the day before the delivery, they called us to cancel our delivery because they could not deliver on the day we originally agreed on. They asked us if the new date worked for us but we did not confirm, we were not yet moved into our new place and we were not in the home. We never agreed to the new delivery date and never confirmed that it worked, YET THEY STILL DELIVERED IT WITHOUT OUR CONSENT OR APPROVAL 24 HOURS PRIOR. AS A RESULT they delivered the mattress to a random person and they could not tell us the name nor the last name of the person, we had to go to the previous address and ask the owners if the mattress was delivered and depend on the goodwill of people we did not know. THANKFULLY they were kind and let us get our mattress back. The company wanted to charge us $120 dollars to re-deliver the mattress, and washed their hands of our issues. TERRIBLE delivery service by this company, will never buy from the again and I encourage you to look for a mattress store that will RESPECT YOUR SCHEDULE AND YOUR MONEY, unlike this one. Ah, finally the mattress had bad finishes in its seams.

Just left this place after getting a box spring, and when I tell you Marshall went above and beyond—he truly did! From the moment I walked in, he made sure I understood exactly what I needed, breaking everything down with patience and care. What really stood out was his dedication—he literally went to the next store to make sure I got the correct measurements. That kind of service is rare! Marshall is the type of employee that keeps a business thriving. His professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine desire to help made the experience unmatched. If every store had a “Marshall,” customer service everywhere would be on a whole different level.

I just bought a mattress from Mattress USA a couple hours ago and wanted to leave an early review. The salespeople were very nice and helped me find a good mattress within my price range. Very informative staff and a nice man helped me load! I recommend.

Quite pleased with my experience!!! Buddy was professional personable and very knowledgeable. He listened , showed me what I wanted to see and didn't waste my time with options I was not interested in. We were able to select our mattress and it was delivered on time the very next day. The delivery guys were quick thorough explaining the warranty tag and making sure my mattress and box spring were unwrapped and installed properly. Literally in and out in 10 minutes! Will be using them for future purchases

We stopped by to look at mattresses after our last one was damaged in a move. Marshall was incredibly helpful and informative and kind and definitely knows mattresses! He took the time to explain our options and benefits of different aspects of mattresses. He didn't rush us or pressure us to spend more than we could and helped us get an excellent value for our money. The mattress we settled on was available the same day even. Next time someone we know mentions needing a new mattress we'll send them to Marshall :)
