Mattress Warehouse of Allentown

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with John and Jacob! My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mattress Warehouse thanks to John Jacob! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. The mattress scanning technology was incredible - getting our bodies scanned with their computerized system helped us find the perfect mattress for our specific needs. John was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through the results with patience and clarity. What really set John apart was his approach. He never once pressured us to make a decision, giving us plenty of time to think things over and ask questions. He showed us multiple styles across various price ranges, making sure we had options that fit our budget. His friendly demeanor and genuine care made the whole process enjoyable rather than stressful. We felt a real personal connection and appreciated his helpfulness every step of the way. If you’re shopping for a mattress, ask for John - you won’t be disappointed!

I could write a book so here’s the short story! John is amazing! I told John what was happening in my current life transition and why I needed a mattress and he took the time to listen! He showed me the top/best mattress that was best for how I sleep from the quiz/robot thing LOL! Then he showed me the middle and then the mattress I wouldn’t want to go lower than. John didn’t rush me, nor did I feel pressured! And when it came to price, he even offered other mattresses for me to look at! With his help I believe I got the best mattress for me at this time and I was financially responsible! When I am able to upgrade, I will be going back to John because he was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable! Next time I will be getting the Kingsdown Mattress…the top of the top! Thank you so much John! I recommend everyone to go see John at Mattress Warehouse on N Krocks Rd!

John at Mattress Warehouse on Krocks Road was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to answer all of my questions. (I had a lot because I don'tknow much about mattresses.) He wasn't pushy at all. I came in because my 19-year-old son has been waking up with back and neck pain, and John helped us find the perfect mattress and pillow for him. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for John if you go! Thank you, John!

John was very helpful with our purchase. He pointed out all the features of the mattresses we were interested in and really knows his stuff! They have a terrific selection too. Would definitely recommend!

The sales associate, John McNamara, was great and very knowledgeable! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the delivery guys came at 6:40am, when my window was 7am-10am. Doesn’t sound like that big of a deal, but we weren’t ready for them. Now instead of them setting up the bed, we have to. When the customer service lady called to make sure I was declining them to do the assembly, I said I didn’t have a choice since they came too early. She said they are told not to make any deliveries before 7am. Other than that, I had a great experience and would recommend.
