View on GoogleBought my daughter a couch for her new home. She was promised it mid September by the absolute latest end of September. It’s now October 13 and after being told no later then October 19 it is now coming October 25. That was after I was told the first week in November. I asked for my money back but just keep getting played. My daughter and her husband are living in a home now for 4 weeks with no couch. You can’t talk to the owner or upper management only by email. Bad customer service. Promises made and still nothing. To add to what the sales manager said we left other furniture places because the could not get it in in 2-3 weeks. Our sales person never mentioned 8 weeks he said we would have the furniture at the latest by the end of September. If he would have said it could take up to 8 weeks we would have never gotten it there. His words… absolutely latest would be the end of September.
