Mattress Warehouse of Baldwin Place

Dealt with Isabelle. She took great care of me and made sure she worked hard on the pricing in the computer since there was a modification required since I was buying a floor model. Service was impeccable. Mattress warehouse for the win. I’ve bought multiple mattresses here but this was the best experience yet. And I spent the least, lol. Thank you Isabelle.

Isabelle was so incredibly helpful, patient and aimed to truly help us from the moment we walked in the store. She offered the Bed Match software to assess our sleeping needs - and subsequently had us try several mattresses that would work best for my husband and I, until we found our perfect match. Extremely professional, not pushy, and very accommodating is how I would describe this outstanding employee! If you are in the market for a new mattress - I would highly recommend you stop into Mattress Warehouse and visit Isabelle!

We just had a first, great experience at this store. We don’t even know it was here. Stephen made our experience of trying out mattress and the whole experience pain free. Stephen was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy like in other mattress stores we had just been too. The store is super clean & lots of options. He gave us the best deal possible and next day delivery on our new bed. We went in wanting a totally different bed than what we ended up buying. Overall a great experience in buying a new bed. Thanks so much Stephen! I highly recommend this mattress store.

Amazing place , so helpful, Charlie was very kind super helpful lots of patience ,went out of his way to try to give us the best quality for the best deal !

Great shopping experience! Jesse was incredibly helpful—he walked us through multiple options, was knowledgeable and attentive, and never made us feel pressured. Really appreciated the no-push approach. Highly recommend!
