View on GoogleMy 83-year-old mom and I stopped into Mattress Warehouse in New Windsor yesterday afternoon, planning for it to be just the first stop in a full day of mattress shopping. We had every intention of visiting several other stores afterward,but we never needed to. Oliver was wonderful from the moment we walked in. He really listened to my mom, how she sleeps, how she uses her bed, and what felt comfortable to her. He then guided us to just a few options that made sense. No overwhelm, no pressure, no upselling. Just thoughtful, attentive help. The third mattress he had her try turned out to be the one she loved. It was comfortable, supportive (great edge support, which mattered to her), and very reasonably priced. We went home briefly to figure out pillows, and I came right back to purchase the mattress. No need to keep shopping! Oliver made the entire process easy and stress-free. He clearly explained the warranty and how to take care of the mattress, and we never felt pushed toward anything more expensive than what was right for my mom. Within just a couple of hours, we went from “starting the search” to having the perfect mattress picked out and purchased. It was such a positive experience, and I’m so glad we walked in there first. We highly recommend Oliver and this location!
