Mattress Warehouse of Harwich

Jonathan was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely kind and patient with my parents as they asked questions before their purchase. We will be back when we need another mattress.

We just bought a new mattress from Zach in Harwich! I wanted to come and write a review because we had such a great experience. We ended up spending a long time in the store having fun trying different types of mattresses and learning from Zach. He was extremely knowledgable and informative and we didn't feel pressured into buying anything we weren't comfortable with. Thank you so much for your help!

Jonathan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My husband has Parkinson’s so the right mattress is so important. This store had a great selection and really reasonable pricing. I’d highly recommend Mattress Warehouse in Harwich

Craig and Jonathan, were hugely knowledgeable and personable! They made the experience of testing out mattresses fun & informative. So happy to have purchased with them.

Johnathan was very helpful and knowledgeable . I appreciated the honesty and patience he had while we were searching for the best deal. We ended up going to another mattress store after this one just to see what they had to offer and he said to check out the competition and he could price match or even beat it! We ended up coming back to him about an hour later to make the purchase and we agreed it wasn’t because of the price but actually Johnathan’s customer service and honesty that brought us back. He was patient with our toddler-aged kids while we shopped and made the purchase as well (and they were probably quite the handful). Overall great experience, we love the mattress and are glad we purchased from such a genuine salesman!
