Mattress Warehouse of Mashpee

I had a truly wonderful experience purchasing my new bed at Mattress Warehouse. As I entered the store for the first time, I was immediately greeted by Rodane Gordon. He had me take the sleep/mattress analyzer and then showed me several different beds and explained each of them to me. I told him I needed time to think it over and make a decision. I did some research on the internet and everything Rodane told me was true. I went back to the store and bought a Helix mattress and adjustable frame. Rodane was an absolute pleasure to do business with! My bed was delivered on Tuesday and I love it! Definitely go to Mattress Warehouse in Mashpee and see Rodane!

Rodane G’s service was above and beyond dealing with an issue of adding a takeaway to my order past the deadline for changes. Avoided delaying my delivery since it was just adding a take away (req fee) which wasn’t the reason that deadline existed in the first place. Understanding the situation and the policy’s reason, he quickly elevated it to management to make for a smooth and pleasant experience. Give that man a raise. Good help is hard to find.

I originally walked into this store in December in search of a bed to help with a serious apnea condition. The store attendant Joe sold me a helix mattress and convinced me that it was so the correct mattress that it was worth waiting for 20 days to be delivered. I was hesitant since I needed something sooner and warned him that I would not wait past the 20 days but he assured me it would be at my house on time. I walked back into the store during the 20 days no less than three times to check status since I had a bad feeling and Joe reassured me I was worried about nothing. The day before delivery I went back to the store since I had heard nothing and Joe reiterated that all was fine and I would hear by 7:30 that evening. But when I awoke at 9:30 on the delivery day I had heard nothing at all and immediately called the store and was told they were meaning to call me to inform that no bed would be delivered! Not only did they not deliver me a bed, they weren't even going to call me so that I didn't wait around all day for it. Who does this? This business has recently acquired several Mattress Firm locations and are overwhelmed and have no local Warehouse. They are not ready for primetime! Stay away!

The men that delivered my mattress, Ziad and Carlos, were great. They were polite, friendly and efficient. Delivered new mattress and took old one away quickly. Salesmen in store were the same.

Our sales person, Steven Arnowitt took the time to explain each feature on various models and price points. We left excited, anticipating the arrival of our Beautyrest!
