We had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse! Tiffany was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made choosing the right mattress easy and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Thanks to her guidance, we found the perfect mattress and couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend asking for Tiffany if you stop by!

Tiffany was absolutely amazing!!!. Her customer service and sense of humor was what drove us to purchase. She gave as a great deal and walked us through the bedMatch process.

Had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse of Hiram thanks to Doug! He was super nice and professional over the phone, answered all of my questions patiently, and made the whole process easy from the beginning. When we came to pick up the box spring, he welcomed us right away and took great care of us. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Doug definitely went above and beyond. I truly appreciate his kindness and help and would absolutely recommend working with him to anybody

We were looking for a quality mattress, but with no knowledge about mattresses, it is hard to decide. Andy was incredible at teaching us about mattresses, our body’s needs based on sleeping position, and also taught us about pillows and the importance of using the right thickness for our size. He was not only extremely knowledgeable , but also patiently helped us find exactly what we were looking for! Excellent customer service!

It's been over 10 years since we bought a mattress, and we weren't looking forward to it...however, the experience was so much better than anticipated. Doug really contributed to an enjoyable process. We love the temperpedic, Kingsdown, and adjustable base options. Thank you for your assistance, professionalism, and guidance!
