Woodstock Furniture & Mattress Outlet

Malinda was amazing in helping us choose a new bedroom set. She showed us several selections and got our new set ordered. We added a chest and old mattress removal only two days before delivery and she added those to the order without us even having to stop at the store again. All went perfect from selection to delivery and set up. We will be back soon to look for a dining room set due to the experience we had. Thanks again Malinda! Chris and Michelle

My family and I had another great experience with Woodstock Furniture. We worked with Grady this time around and he was kind, patient and willing to answer all of our questions. This is our 3rd purchase and we look forward to continuing our relationship with this company. Thank you for all that you do!

I recently purchased two items from Woodstock Furniture and Mattress Outlet and I am happy to say that Eugenio es there both times to greet me with a smile and he was very helpful and interested in helping me selecting things such as a table for my beautiful wooden eagle and on a second visit, he helped me selecting the right adjustable Queen mattress within my budget. He was such a gentleman and a delightful person to talk to and I appreciated all the help from the purchasing and financing of my mattress.

Ruined my daughter’s Christmas. I spent 2,000 dollars cash and they dropped it off and all boxes were busted and pieces out of boxes scratched and paint chipped, I called and spoke with Grady which is who was my salesperson and he said he’d handle and never called back, I had to make a trip back to the store. When they finally agreed to replace the damaged product and bring it out the second time it was just as damaged as the first time so I sent it back. I called Grady with no answer or no call back so I called the acworth store and spoke to Victoria who said the only way to make sure it was it great condition was to let them put it together (3 weeks before Christmas) ruining my daughters big Christmas present. She sent me a check for 178 dollars which was very insulting when I spent as much as I did. Then someone named JJ called and said he’d send 237.54 and they didn’t even get that right, they sent 222. I will never do business with them again!!!!

He was very helpful no pressure to buy which we appreciate. The whole purchasing and delivery process went perfectly, we have already recommended your company to friends and neighbors Keep up the good work. The product we purchased has excellent build quality
