Howard was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! He was incredibly patient with all of our questions, super informative and knowledgeable, and helped us find the perfect mattress!! I’ll be honest, I was NOT looking forward to the mattress-buying process but Howard made it a very positive experience. Would recommend this store and Howard’s service to everyone!

Went shopping for the first time for an actual, grown-up mattress. This store was our first stop. My husband and I fully intended for it to be an information gathering step only; we had no intent to buy something the day we stopped in. We shared this with Charles from the start. Even with this knowledge, he was stellar! Knowledgeable, patient, kind, helpful. The tool they use to identify your body's specific needs is very cool. We sampled multiple mattresses and were so impressed, we ended up buying one. Highly recommend this store! Ask for Charles!

I had such a wonderful experience purchasing a mattress here! I went in feeling pretty stressed and fully expecting that it would take multiple trips to make a decision, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Charles was our salesperson, and he was outstanding. As first-time mattress buyers, we had a lot to learn, and he walked us through all of the options and motions thoroughly without ever making it overwhelming. He was honest, not pushy at all, and provided truly wonderful customer service. We felt listened to and completely at ease the entire time. I also want to shout out Howard, who I spoke with on the phone, he was incredibly helpful and just as wonderful to work with. Because of their expertise, patience, and genuine care, we were in and out in about an hour with complete confidence in our decision. I couldn’t recommend this team enough!

I was leary on coming to a mattress warehouse after my last visit at the store up on route 100 in Pottstown... But this new store at the outlets was a whole new experience!! Howard and Charles were so helpful and knowledgeable and did their best to find us a great deal on the mattress. We are excited to get our new bed!
