Was not honest or upfront about the stains (does not come out with stain removing chemicals) or tear (that they stitched up) on the $1600 tempur pedic mattress with the pictures being strategically taken to exclude those areas, and no mention of them either as they said it was brand new.
Texted them and called with my number to report this, but they probably had my number stored from earlier conversations as they didn’t respond. I finally called them using my wife’s phone and was able to get a hold of Alan. In a calm voice, I told him about the issue and asked for a credit, and his response was, “are you talking about the small, one inch tear on the mattress?! As if I was silly for doing so when they failed to disclose it. I said yea, you all never mentioned it and it will certainly affect the price I can sell it for when we decide to sell it. Said he would call back.
His son called me and said “my father spoke to you and said we can offer you $50 or a mattress protector.” To which I responded I think it’s fair to get a bit more than that, maybe $150. His response was, “that’s not going to happen! That’s why it’s cheaper from us vs. Mattress Firm and it would be $4200 elsewhere.”
After telling him that there’s 10 other same mattresses on FB marketplace for the same or less, he raised his voice and said, “well go ahead buy it from them instead!” UM ok yea after I already paid them for the mattress and $100 delivery fee. He then starts yelling some other words so I immediately hung up. No customer should have to be disrespected like that, especially one who was lied to.
I was duped by the 4.9 review and decided to trust them instead of physically going to the store but huge mistake and that’s on me. The customer service was great and friendly when I was purchasing the item, but man talk about being completely two faced as they were completely condescending and nasty when trying to get the issue resolved.
GA furniture mart offered me a brand new one for $2250 (which is actually brand new and not ones bought in some discounted big box bundle) and there were literally 10 other listings on FB for $1500 or less but again, I decided to go with this store as they had good reviews. Would’ve been wise to see and purchase in person instead of relying on photos.
Will post the pics of the ones they sent me and two pics that I took with the stains and tear they failed to disclose. Not a huge deal for sleeping on it, but when reselling it’ll decrease the amount we can get for it.
Response to Owner:
When you sell a “brand new phone” online, you disclose anything that may be wrong up front on the listing or let the buyer know of any scratches, dents, cracks, etc. Same goes for a mattress. Just because you sold and delivered an item I purchased doesn’t mean you did honest business. No one disclosed the stains or tear prior to buying the mattress and obviously you all knew about it when I called so it was intentionally hidden. The item was still in plastic when delivered and I was not expecting to find any tears/stains as it was advertised as new so did not open it upon delivery. Integrity obviously doesn’t mean much to your business.

I was searching for a mattress for a while and came across Steven at Mattress & More through Facebook Marketplace. From the start, he was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and patient, which made the whole process so much easier.
He helped me find a Nectar king-size mattress at a really great price, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Steven took the time to answer all my questions and clearly knows a lot about mattresses.

My sister recommended this mattress store and she was not lying when she said this place was very budget friendly! I am beyond satisfied with our experience purchasing full and king sized mattresses. The gentleman that helped us was amazing, I wasn’t there more than 20 minutes! I believe his name was Steven. He was very professional, efficient, never pushy, and very straightforward. I can’t recommend this store enough!

Amazing experience from start to finish!
We had such a great experience at this mattress store. We ended up purchasing 4 mattresses and 2 adjustable bases at an unbelievable price, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
Teal and Alan were absolutely fantastic knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. They let us take our time walking around, trying different options, and answering all of our questions without rushing us at all. You can tell they truly care about helping customers find the right fit, not just making a sale.
