Mattresses Furniture And More

Buying from Bill was easy and convenient. He was very prompt with communication, I bought a headboard and an adjustable bed. He setup the adjustable bed to make sure it was working properly and I wouldn’t have any problems and explained all the features it had! His prices were the best. I shopped, looked on Facebook Marketplace and his prices were best by far! I would definitely recommend his services.

Purchased a 4 piece bedroom set and got it delivered in less than 2 days. The delivery and setup was super, and they were even nice enough to help me get a picture hung that I was struggling with to get the nail in the wall. Now I am waiting for the Zinus 12" green tea foam mattress to be available in a king so that all my beds have this wonderful mattress. Bill's communication and ability to save me money is the reason I have the extra money to purchase another mattress in a king, just awaiting for mattresses to cone in.

If you’re even thinking about buying a mattress, stop looking and go see Bill at Conroe Mattresses and More. This was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Bill custom made our mattress specifically for us, and the level of care, knowledge, and attention he put into the process was incredible. What really sets him apart is that he stayed in constant communication with us even while we were still away from home. He kept us updated, answered every question, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before we ever laid down on it. Bill truly went above and beyond, not just selling us a mattress, but making sure it was the right mattress. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. There was zero pressure, just honesty, expertise, and a real desire to help us have a bed with our move. The mattress itself is amazing, comfortable, supportive, and clearly made with quality materials. You can feel the difference the moment you lie down. This isn’t some mass-produced mattress, it’s craftsmanship. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines skill, integrity, and exceptional customer service the way Bill does. Supporting a local business like this is an easy decision when the owner treats you like family. We couldn’t be happier and will recommend Conroe Mattresses and More to everyone we know. Thank you, Bill, for going the extra mile!
