My neighbor referred me to Quality Sleep Shops. So impressed! Cory was so easy to work with. He listened to my concerns about my back and had me try several mattresses but never once pressured me. The one I picked was delivered today and Evan and Luca were professional and friendly. If you’re looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend you go to this place in Conroe. So much better than the big chain stores.

My wife and I had a super experience shopping for 3 new mattresses. Robin was so nice and knowledgeable. We got a great deal on great quality mattresses. We are so happy. Evan and Luca delivered our mattresses within an hour of us buying them. They were professional and courteous. Loved doing business here!

First let me say I price and review compared many online and in person mattress shops. We were only interested in a top shelf adjustable split king setup. I visited this store one Saturday under a time constraint and met Robin Miller, the store Mgr. I told her I wanted a no hassle price on the above mentioned bed. She was quick, concise with no BS, gave me a total drive out price and told me this quote was for their best product. She took less than 5 minutes and I was out the door. I told her I would come back and give them an opportunity to sell me a bed. Note you can buy a bed online considerably cheaper and you might be happy. If you don't like the mattress the online places will be difficult to rectify a problem. When I went back in the store I met the owner Cory Walter. Again no pressure and the price was exactly as stated earlier. We made an agreement and we ordered a bed. The bed was delivered in a few days and his set up crew was great. These beds are quite technical and I would not attempt to set it up. They did everything and removed the old bed. Online and some local stores do none of that. We ordered the extra firm and after 2 nights we found it too hard. A call to the store and Cory told us he would not hesitate to order and replace the hard mattress. Cory and Robin both bent over backwards to satisfy us. All our concerns have been addressed and we are happy sleepers!! We have a top shelf mattress and adjustable base. You can buy cheaper online but chances are quality is less and service after sale is nonexistent. I would still be trying to assemble it. You routinely keep a bed for 10 years. Don't make a purchase you will be unhappy with!! Cory called again this morning to make sure my wife was happy. Can't beat that kind of service!! Also buy local...this store prices were cheaper than most of the "big" boys!!!kudoos to Cory, Robin, and the entire staff!!

What a wonderful experience we had with the Sleep Shops of Texas team! Corey spent so much time listening and learning about what my husband and I both needed and working to find the best fit for us. He was professional, kind, not pushy. We were also in a time crunch so he delivered it same day. The two men, Evan and Luca, that delivered it were professional, kind and went over and above to clear the space and help put the bed back together.
