I had a great experience at Ashley HomeStore in Sherman, TX. Layla was my sales rep and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made the whole process easy and honestly felt more like a friend than a salesperson. This was my first time ever buying new furniture and I just appreciated how helpful and patient she was. I had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture and want to recognize Layla, Luis, and the delivery drivers for their outstanding customer service. I walked into the store by myself looking for sleeper sofas and was fortunate to be helped by Layla. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect sleeper sofas without any pressure. She stayed on top of everything and even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I also want to recognize Luis, the store manager, who truly went above and beyond. During the purchase, he knew how important it was for me to receive the sleeper sofa by Thursday, March 5, because my kids were coming home for the weekend. He assured me he would do everything possible to make it happen. The furniture shipment to the store was delayed, and by the time it arrived, the delivery truck was already out on its scheduled route. Despite the challenge, Luis kept me updated throughout the process. Once the store received the furniture on March 5, he tracked the delivery truck and coordinated for it to return after its final stop. He even had the sofa ready on the dock so the drivers could quickly load it and bring it to my home that same day. I also want to recognize the delivery drivers, who were amazing. They were professional, courteous, and handled everything with care. Their teamwork and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience even better. This is what true customer service looks like from start to finish. Thank you to Layla, Luis, the delivery team, and everyone at Ashley Furniture for making this happen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very positive and accommodating staff, they listened to our needs and presented great options. We had an idea of what we wanted was very satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend their store to anyone in the Texoma area.

Would just say that Layla was awesome to work with. I had to change my order a little and I told Layla the problem and she said let her see what she could for me. All the while makin sure that I had all my questions answered and if she didnt no answer she would find the answer for ya. Thanks again really appreciate all the help.....Sue
