We had a great experience shopping at MattressLand Kingman AZ location. Joey was very knowledgeable and helpful with the selection of mattresses and adjustable bases. The purchase process was easy and Joey explained the financing options. I would highly recommend them. Delivery was done very professionally and within the timeframe quoted. Great experience all around!

Friendly no pressure place. I have purchased recliners here twice in the 8 months I have lived here.
Some merchandise is reasonably priced some is very pricey. Ashley chairs are very reasonable.
They offer refreshment beverages and snacks while you look around.

Went to another furniture store where they were not helpful and just chatting amoung themselves, went here and was greeted right away, told them what i was looking for, he took me to a loveseat, and I bought both loveseat and sofa. Exactly what I was looking for at a very affordable price. Thank you 😊

Going through reviews prior to buying, we thought it would be a great experience! Now I think the reviews were from friends and family, because we did not have a great experience but a mediocre one!! On January 27, 2026 we went in to look for a bed and we met the salesman Andrew. He showed us to the beds, then left us to help another couple. We told Andrew we wanted a bed to take home that day, which he said wasn't a problem, but apparently it was. Bed we chose wasn't in stock and would take a week or two to get. So my boyfriend ordered bed and when I asked about delivery was told it extra, don't do free even for back orders. So we ordered and waited, called and waited...then today, February 22nd, we go in to check on bed. Again we see Andrew, we tell him why there and he tells us he doesn't remember helping us or selling the bed, but he's really good with faces. So he looks our bed is there, but he didn't call us as told and asked if we wanted it today. He had a guy bring out bed and box springs, but we didn't have out tie downs and they don't have any kind of rope to help. Again I asked about getting delivered, so we didn't have to run around, Andrew said he would do it but others wouldn't like that. So we got straps came back, Andrew just sat there as we came in for box springs, then loader ( i think Drew) came right out helped us load and told us about the labels on bed, lining them up and not rip off or void warranty. Loader was very helpful so I tipped him for all his help.
Just don't understand why free delivery wasn't ever an option after money we spent and waited a month for a bed that was probably there but nobody could find (first phone call) and not being called when got there. Doesn't seem that Andrew cares about taking pride in his job or going above/beyond to help customers. I guess Since Andrew forgot he even helped us, he couldn't call to let us know bed was in. So I give 3 stars because place is very clean, has nice pricey furniture but the staff is only friendly if you are buying. Now I know why people have said don't buy in Kingman!!
