I’d like to give a shout out to Michael Valdivia at the Ashley in Kingman Az. If you want an experienced person who has amazing knowledge on his store and furniture well Michael V. Is your man. He went above and beyond sending pictures to me while I was in another state. Perfectly helped me select all my items. I’ve furnished my 3 homes with Ashley and I must say Michael has been the most patient and professional person I’ve ever dealt with. He did all to give me not only the best products but pricing as well. I highly recommend him to all that go to this location!!! I went there recently and the guy who worked there really took care of me. I got a good deal so I was happy. The store has a good selection of furniture. The warranties they have are really good too!

We just bought a new sectional from Ashley’s. The Sales Associate Kaydence, was very professional. She was very patient with me and my wife discussing options and measurements. She took extra time to explain everything and let me borrow a tape measure to double check the size that would work for us. No pressure, no hassle, just easy!

I bought a sofa, dining table and chairs, chest, and nightstands. In short, as the furniture was being delivered, I was inspecting it and noticed some of the furniture had cracks, scratches, and a mistake had occurred. In regard to the chest and nightstands, I had emphasized to my salesperson that I wanted dovetail joints. Unfortunately, he made a mistake. Those pieces didn’t have dovetail joints and there was already evidence of problems with those joints (refer to pictures). Fortunately, the correct chest and nightstands were ordered. Four or five of the dining table chairs need repairs so I called Ashley Outlet on November 7, 2025 to try to get a status on the repairs (parts). This was approximately the 5 week mark since the parts had been ordered. My salesperson told me he would get back to me. By November 17, 2025, I had not heard from him so I went ahead and texted the Store Manager, Tony. It is now February 6, 2026 and I am still waiting for the chairs to be fixed. I have been patient but my customer experience has not been good.
