The search for a lift chair was made very easy at McGowans Furniture! Lexy was extremely knowledgeable bout the UltraComfort recliner and the Brisa fabric! We purchased the Guardsman furniture protection plan also! We will recommend others to shop at McGowans like we have done in the past! We have purchased things here for 53 years! The delivery gentleman were ahead of schedule and very helpful! Love buying local! Thank You!
View on GoogleI had a great experience buying lawn furniture here. The young sales girl, Liz I think, was very professional showing me the different furniture, styles, adjustments for comfort, guarantees, and what made Home Crest the great brand it is. She was very educated on the product and never pushed for the final sale. She said she would leave me alone for a bit to think things over, make a phone call, and come back to check on me. She was an awesome salesperson. When I called a few days later after deciding, she was off that day, but the person answering the phone, took over, super pleasant and helpful and arranged my delivery. The men who brought my lawn furniture set it up on my porch and made adjustments to fit my comfort. Everyone involved was super helpful. I had a great experience! What a great place in the Cedar Valley.
View on GoogleStart your shopping HERE! After 4 stores and 0 luck we were able to find a beautiful couch, perfect price in their showroom. No high pressure tactics and fair pricing. Free delivery and reasonable haul away service fee, delivered promptly at promised time! Great variety of furniture at all price points.
View on GoogleWe had a really great experience here. The employees were super nice and helpful without being pushy at all, which made the whole process enjoyable. They offer financing options and free delivery within 50 miles, which is a big plus. There’s a wide selection of furniture for every room. We originally came in to update our dining table, but ended up also falling in love with a really cool hybrid-style chair for another room. Prices felt very fair for the quality. Delivery was smooth—the team set everything up exactly where we wanted it and even offered to remove our old set. Overall, we’re really happy and would definitely recommend this place.
