Such a wonderful low stress experience from the moment we walked in the door. Dayton was awesome, extremely professional and zero pressure. Had our two recliners order in less than 30 min. The Memorial Sale pricing was the icing on the cake!

Michelle was very good! She let us look around without following us but checked us every so often. It seemed like we took forever because we wanted to be sure the items (sectional, loveseat & table) were what we wanted. We will be back for an area rug and possibly a pub table and will ask for Michelle. Thank you for a very enjoyable time shopping for furniture!

What a great zero pressure experience. I got a great deal without feeling overwhelmed. Everything was transparent and easy to understand. Melissa was very nice and helpful, she explained everything clearly and made the whole process very simple.

Love the furniture I picked out and setting up the payment plan was easy. Delivery went smoothly and the guys were great about setting everything up for me. These are electronic recliners so it helped to have someone take care of that part for me.

What a nightmare to deal with. One of our new lay Z boy couches wont recline properly. I have emailed, called and spoke with Shelly, Josh, Michele and Noah. They are just stalling. I asked for a exchange for a working couch and was told no by the manager. These are new couches and when you spend over a 2k you should be able to trust that your not SOLD DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. I wish I went somewhere else. I assumed this would be a simple transaction with professional service. WORTHLESS.
