I wanted to support a local company. I purchased my new refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. Courtney Lindquist in the Cambridge store assisted me and was so helpful, knowledgeable and amazing. She is the perfect example of great customer service! I will most likely need a new washer and dryer in the near future and will be back to purchase from them.

I highly recommend this little gem of a store in Pease, MN. We purchased a Speed Queen set. Very happy with the performance and we'll be able to take advantage of the energy star tax benefit for tax time.
View on GoogleWe bought local. She asked a delivery date. Nothing delivered stating that wasn't a delivery date. Three weeks later told big box stores get it first. Four weeks later government contracts get product first. Canceled our order and got it at an appliance store near Waite Park that had the product in stock and it wasn't Best Buy.

We purchased a specific dishwasher model on Saturday at 11:30 AM, but 5 hours later, they called to say it was sold to someone else. No consideration for the time we'd already invested or the inconvenience caused. Instead, they tried to sell us a lower-quality model. The sales team's sole focus seemed to be on making a sale, with zero regard for customer satisfaction or respect for our time. Disappointing experience from a local business. Avoid this store at all costs."
