M&H Appliance and Home Furnishings

I wanted to support a local company. I purchased my new refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. Courtney Lindquist in the Cambridge store assisted me and was so helpful, knowledgeable and amazing. She is the perfect example of great customer service! I will most likely need a new washer and dryer in the near future and will be back to purchase from them.

Nancy was very helpful in assisting me with my washer and dryer purchase. They came in earlier than expected and the delivery crew was great. I highly recommend this little gem of a store in Pease, MN. We purchased a Speed Queen set. Very happy with the performance and we'll be able to take advantage of the energy star tax benefit for tax time.

We bought local. She asked a delivery date. Nothing delivered stating that wasn't a delivery date. Three weeks later told big box stores get it first. Four weeks later government contracts get product first. Canceled our order and got it at an appliance store near Waite Park that had the product in stock and it wasn't Best Buy.

They ordered the parts I needed for my electric stove, we're so friendly & helpful. I was home in an hour and my stove drawer is finally fixed. Thanks everybody at M & H of Pease.

Here's the revised review: "M&H Appliance store in Pease, MN - 1/5 stars. Appalling experience! We chose to support this local business over big box stores, but they didn't deliver. We purchased a specific dishwasher model on Saturday at 11:30 AM, but 5 hours later, they called to say it was sold to someone else. No consideration for the time we'd already invested or the inconvenience caused. Instead, they tried to sell us a lower-quality model. The sales team's sole focus seemed to be on making a sale, with zero regard for customer satisfaction or respect for our time. Disappointing experience from a local business. Avoid this store at all costs."
