Went browsing for end of year clearance items. I was helped in all aspects. Nathan Hurst is new & learning. I was his first sale! Looking forward to these beautiful new pieces to come home. Will update when delivered. Review: Bought off clearance sale, sofa, loveseat and recliner. Used Finest Touch delivery. The saleswoman Celina promised that they would wrap my furniture. There was not a blanket in sight. They dropped a piece out of the truck. The delivery lead was in a foul mood and I was glad when he left. This was a major purchase and I bought the best furniture they had leftover from changing from Becker Furniture World. I wish it was a better delivery experience. I’ll leave it at a solid 3. REVIEW FOR FINEST TOUCH WHICH IS A VENDOR THROUGH BECKER / The Furniture Mart I arranged delivery after I bought The Furniture Mart in Becker on Friday 12/26. Louis did not confirm back a date or time for delivery. I did not know they were coming until 10:42 am for a 12:30 pm delivery. I still owed a balance on the furniture protection plan. This means I had to tear my house apart in 90 minutes to get ready for their delivery. Ramon was the lead on this delivery & spelled my name wrong. I was promised by Celina at the Becker store that they used blankets. They did not use blankets at all. Nothing was wrapped in the truck. One of the tops of my loveseat was dropped onto the ground when Ramon slid one leather piece onto another. I spent thousands on this furniture. Ramon had a very poor attitude and I was glad when he finally left my house. Darnell is very kind and I pray that he finds something to mitigate the effects of Ramon. Anyway. They brought my furniture in, put the loveseat downstairs and placed my recliner in my office. It is very nice furniture. Communication was poor from the scheduling aspect with Finest Touch. I won’t be needing furniture for many years, so I wish the crew was better. NOT the finest touch, but in the end, they brought it all the way from Becker. I would have tipped them if Ramon had a better attitude. Oh, and I had to connect the recliner power on the recliner.

I had such a great experience shopping here! Celine who helped me was seriously the perfect vibe, so fun, kind, and not at all pushy. As a wildly busy mom of three, I really appreciated being able to browse in peace, but ask some random questions without waiting as well. The best part? She was super honest about where I could save money, which made me feel like they actually cared about my budget and not just making a sale. prices… absolutely unreal. Because of their liquidation deals, I found things for a fraction of what I’d seen everywhere else, like rugs that were $250 at other stores for just $37 here. After weeks of running around to different places, I finally got everything on my list in one trip (which honestly feels like a parenting win in itself 😂). Highly recommend if you want great service, zero pressure, and prices that make you do a double take!

The amazing customer service we received from Sales Associate Erin at Furniture Mart in Becker was top notch. She listened and offered great suggestions. I love the furniture piece we ordered in the perfect fabric type and color for our home! Thank you Erin!!

Daniel did an amazing job today helping us find the perfect master bedroom set for our forever home! He was super personable, answered all of our questions with ease and made us feel in good hands with our upcoming delivery. He went above and beyond to make sure our delivery would go smooth knowing of our horrid experience with the last furniture company! We definitely had him doing laps in the store and he didn’t mind (or at least didn’t show it) getting his steps in! We appreciate the time he took with us and we knew once we had his help that we weren’t leaving there without a bedroom set purchased! We will definitely be back for nursery items or guest room upgrades! Thanks again Daniel!
