Dear owner of MH2G I am reaching out again regarding a couch I purchased approximately three years ago. From the time I received it, the leather was discolored and in my opinion, this issue should have been caught during quality control. I understand that time has passed but I did call the store and speak with the sales rep I purchased the couch from and she informed me that I would have to get the couch there myself as pick up in PSL was not an option. I was having family issues and couldn’t get it there. Regardless, the fact remains that the color was like this when it was delivered to me and became more pronounced after I moved into a brighter house which really showed the discoloration. Unfortunately, the issue isn’t about the amount of time that has passed but a QUALITY control issue. I am requesting a replacement for this couch. I am requesting a return or other appropriate resolution. A credit isn’t a resolution as I would have to add a substantial amount of money for the same couch like the one I have now. Please advise on the next steps for addressing this matter. If you are not able to address this matter, please let me know who can. Thank you for your attention. After visiting several furniture stores trying to find something out of the ordinary... We came across Modern Home 2 Go (MH2G). As soon as we entered the show room, we were amazed by all their unique styles, and what made the experience more enjoyable was the customer service that Tatiana provided us with. She went above and beyond with everything we needed regarding our furniture.
