We had a wonderful experience at MH2G!. Mercedes was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and really took the time to understand our style and preferences. Her guidance helped us select the perfect pieces for our home. The furniture is beautiful, high-quality, functional, and very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was for the level of quality offered. Mercedes provided amazing customer service and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We ordered furniture from MH2G on January 10th. Nearly a month passed — no delivery date was ever scheduled, no items were shipped to any warehouse, and no meaningful effort was made to fulfill our order. When we canceled on February 6th, MH2G charged us a 25% restocking fee. For items that were never moved, never delivered, and never even assigned a delivery date. MH2G's co-owner, Julissa De Los Santos, responded with boilerplate policy language and zero empathy. Their defense? That their business model promises 72-hour delivery — which makes it all the more damning that nearly 30 days passed with nothing. Rather than acknowledge the failure, she pointed to fine print buried below a signature line. We offered a reasonable compromise: apply the credit toward two specific lamps we found on their site and requested delivery within a week. We received no meaningful response. A restocking fee exists to compensate a retailer for the cost of receiving returned goods. No goods were ever sent. There was nothing to "restock." One of the nicest furniture stores I’ve been to in South Florida. Nice modern furniture. I’ve been looking for a stone top dining table and they were one of the very few that had something nice. Unfortunately, it was sold. Robert was great and he took my information and will contact me. Nice selection of leather furniture too. I will be back.

This store has some really great pieces. I went during the Memorial Day sale so prices were really good. Mercedes was very warm and friendly in making my purchase experience positive. I would recommend this store.
