Minnesota Mattress Factory

Purchased my bed from here last year and it's been the best choice ever! They really took their time listening to what I wanted and then walked me through all the possibilities answering my many questions along the way. He was always very patient and so courteous(not used to THAT in todays culture). I got the perfect firmness/softness I was looking for AND they delivered it to boot! Told my son when he was ready to replace his bed I'd take him there. I also told my neighbors. You can't beat the price to have a custom mattress built and delivered by people who care about your experience and the end product. Thanks for the great sleep I've been getting!

We purchased a latex mattress from MN Mattress early 2025, and it was a fantastic experience. The showroom is not fancy, but their product is top notch. Their latex mattresses can be custom built to your preferred firmness and are reversible, so if you decide you need a change in firmness you can flip it over (not easily - these mattresses are heavy). There is an option of foundations for your bed frame, which is either a bunkie board or a box spring. We tried both and after trying first the bunkie board and then a box spring, we decided to go back to a bunkie board, only built to a different height than the original that we'd tried (so our bed wouldn't be so low to the ground). Kyle was very patient and nice to work with, and built the second bunkie board to our specified height, and even delivered it himself. The mattress itself is the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I highly recommend latex to anyone I know who is looking for a new mattress, and I personally think MN Mattress is the best, most competitively priced place to purchase one. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Minnesota Mattress Factory has employees who are friendly, down to earth, and don't try to pressure you into anything you don't want. My fiance and I went to look at mattress options and spoke to Kyle. We tried out a few mattresses in their modest showroom, and Kyle listened to our preferences and helped us choose the best fit for us in regards to type of mattress and price. The company is responsive to phone calls and flexible to work with your schedule for appointments.

Finally: a straightforward mattress company that lets you customize in-house. I was sick of wasting time trying to make comparisons across the big brands to find a reasonably priced natural latex mattress that would meet our comfort and durability needs. I decided to go local and emailed Minnesota Mattress Factory my list of requirements. Kyle suggested we come directly to their warehouse showroom to try things out. He clearly knows what he’s talking about (where else are you sold a mattress by the actual mattress maker??), was very patient with my questions, and let us try out latex configurations right there. He went above and beyond by preparing a mattress for our arrival based on what I had emailed him. Communication was excellent throughout, including for delivery. The mattress had a bit of a smell, but I’m guessing it was the wool quilting; airing it out helped and it eventually disappeared without any headaches or other negative effects. After a brief adjustment period to the feel of the latex, we are sleeping well with no back pain! It was well worth the drive and the price. I’m recommending them to everyone I know.

We have enjoyed our new mattresses for several weeks now and we are very satisfied with our purchase. We chose your Minnesota Mattress Factory after I did two months of research into what would be the best mattress material for comfort, durability and overall value. Once we decided on 100% natural latex we were disappointed that most of the trendy mattress stores did not carry it. Our internet search led us to you and we are very pleased with not just the mattress but the personal service you provided especially with the care you took with the delivery process that including the removal of our old bed. We would recommend your products and services to anyone. Thanks.
