I visited a few Ashley furniture locations as I was furnishing my new apartment. Saw a lot of furniture that I liked (so many good options!), but this location by far gave me the best service. Kalvin and his associate were very helpful, explaining the functionality and longevity of the couches/ottomans that I checked out. No one else at the other locations really explained the different perks to help compare and contrast. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend this place!

Loved my experience as this location. Kaci was one of the best sales employees I've interacted with in a very long time. She did not try pushing me into something. She went out of her way to try to find exactly what I was looking for. She even told me to go check out the store next door to make sure there wasn't something I liked better knowing the commission wouldn't go to her at that point. She really went above and beyond what she needed to all to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. Very hard to find in this world anymore. 10/10 recommend Kaci and the team at Medford Ashley Furniture. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture. I refused delivery because the bedroom set arrived incomplete and the chest was damaged. I did not feel comfortable accepting only part of the furniture when no one could tell me when the replacement piece would be available. What makes this even worse is that Ashley is now charging me a delivery fee for that failed delivery and then charging me another delivery fee after I switched to a different bedroom set. In total, I am being charged over $400 in delivery fees for a delivery distance of less than 5 miles. None of this was my fault. The original furniture arrived damaged and incomplete, yet I am being forced to pay multiple delivery charges because of Ashley’s mistake. This is unfair, poor customer service, and a very frustrating experience. I expected Ashley to take responsibility for the problem instead of passing the cost on to the customer.

We found the perfect couch and Kalvin Hays was extremely helpful and very friendly with making that happen! This is one of the best Ashley furniture stores I’ve been to and would highly recommend buying from this store! Kalvin is really good at his job!!

What an awesome experience. Needing some new furniture this was my first stop to get some ideas. After I walked into the store I was greeted by a very polite gentlemen named 'Kalvin". I was so impressed with how helpful and the value he placed on me as a customer. He took the time to get to know my lifestyle and what I possibly would like in my next living room furniture. He wasn't pushy at all and that's what drew me to liking him so well. I told him I was just swinging in to get some ideas and come back later after thinking about it at home. Thats when he gave me his business card to later reach out to him. The following day I wanted to check some other stores out before pulling the trigger at the first store. After shopping around I couldn't stop thinking of how impressed I was by "Kalvin" every store I was in I was remembering how kind and thoughtful he was with helping me shop for something I'll have in my home for the years to come. Even though I was at these other furniture stores I had my mind made up already I wanted to do business with him. He helped me picked out the perfect set and delivery was done in just a few days after the sale. The delivery team was awesome and I can't thank Ashley Furniture and "Kalvin" enough for the wonderful customer service. You guys truly know how to please your customers. Thank you!!
