If I could do 0 stars I would! I had a queen size 12in pillow top delivered. They ask that day do you like it. I said yes. After sleeping on it my back hurts really bad! The mattress is VERY VERY HARD (Firm). I called them to see what I can do to get better sleep. And mobile mattress guy said NOTHING. Sell it and buy another. So you’re saying I have to finish this payment with YOU? Then sell it to buy another!? A real mattress guy wants you to have a great night sleep. PERIOD! Then he said well some mattress are uncomfortable if you get a new one. NO! If you choose the correct mattress that feels good you will have no problem. They only sell for money. They don’t help their customers. They scam you because you don’t know how it feels until you sleep on it then the mattress is considered used and non-returnable or not exchangeable. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN! I DO NOT recommend them if you need to “sleep on them” to see how it feels. Not worth it. Test your luck when you’re picking them.
View on GoogleDo not buy unless you want to be on the floor.. the mattress is extremely cheap. You can feel literally every single spring in the bed. Let alone the delivery was late and came with only half my order…please save your money!
View on GoogleI ordered from mobile mattress some years ago and they did not disappoint. I had a King Mattress and Box spring for years and it held up very good. I had a recent order again and so far so good. No complaints. I'll order from them again as well.
View on GoogleMobile Mattress was on time and fast they got my King size pillow top and box spring set up in less that 30 minutes from the time they pulled up. I didnt even have to come check ot the product i text them that I was interested in purchasing but didnt have the time to come see and trusted that they would give a quality product and they did.Communication was top notch with confirmation and again, they were ON TIME!!! I def recommend.
View on GoogleMy queen pillow top bed is comfortable and durable. The prices you can't beat from most retails like mattress firm. So other customers please don't complain if the workers can't set up your beds because they work very hard and the items are very heavy in different locations. And most companies charge for set up fee separate from delivery and the beds are much more expensive. This isn't uber eats guys. It's very hard labor for inexpensive beds and delivery fee is way less expensive than most retailers.
