Casper - Ponce City Market

Smartest move was to try Mattress Firm first then argue about comfort and pricing and then end up at Casper. Store has a light and relaxed feel which is exactly the vibe a mattress store should have. Minette was the easiest to work with, made sure to introduce herself and genuinely acknowledge us while she finished up with a guest. Did the same to the guests waiting while we finished up. What a great vibe she had as well. We got the Dream cause it’s awesome and we laid in all the beds. But can’t not give a shout out to the Snow Max, holy smokes. One day. Happy with our visit. Walked out with everything and can’t wait to climb into bed tonight.

The staff here at PCM are incredible. I had to return after purchasing a mattress and they remembered my name and order on seeing me. we returned a pillow later and they were accommodating and made it easy and quick. My suggestion is not about the store or people . Be sure to measure the pockets of your fitted sheets unless you want to be purchasing theirs. Mattress heights can be very deep and their accompanying products can be quite pricey.

Great experience with Jaylen and Laura. We had done our research before coming in after friends recommended Casper and they walked us through everything with no pressure or judgement. They ran multiple scenarios for us so we could compare and we cannot wait to get our mattress and base delivered and the old one hauled away.

HUGE shout out to Tameia and Stephen for working with me to accommodate my unusual circumstances and helping me figure out payment plans so that I could purchase the Dream Max! Their problem solving skills and persistence are incredible and they were so polite the whole time, even though the situation itself was difficult. Also shout out to Alex the first time I was in the store - he was so friendly and thorough. Update: first night with the Dream Max and it feels amazing!!

Minette helped me find my perfect mattress to replace my old Casper mattress. She was very patient and responsive. I visited 3 times before I made my final decision and each time I was given the same care and attention. I never felt pressured or rushed and the store environment was very calm and low-pressure. She helped me figure out the logistics as I was trying to return the purple mattress I hated and even helped me find my perfect pillow. I had an amazing experience at Casper Ponce City Market.
