We were looking for a new sofa for our new house. The designer who worked with us was amazing! He was knowledgeable and was able us to find the perfect set that was also within our budget! It was a great experience, I definitely recommend!

I had initially went online to browse what Moore Furniture had in regards to a console/entryway table and found one. I inquired about it via their online chat to see if they had it in stock. I was told that a person with their sales team would reach out to me via text within a few minutes. Received text from sales team associate Casey he checked availability for the item I was inquiring about, confirmed it was in stock and said I could come by and look at it at my convenience. Stopped by, went in and was immediately met by sales team associate welcoming me in. Stated I needed to speak with Casey, was shown item I was interested in, bought it and i was unable to take it home right then, so he held it for me until the following day. Everything went very smooth and I am extremely happy with my purchase and it was a pleasure working with Casey from beginning to end!!

I recently purchased two Lazy Boy recliners and a love seat. David Norris was very helpful, and didn't seem to mind that I was all over the show room testing comfort, colors, fabrics, and styles. I requested two separate delivery dates, as I was having new flooring installed, and they were happy to accommodate. Tori and Francisco delivered both times. My home is not easy to get furniture into, and they did a fantastic job. They definitely went above and beyond on my delivery. I can't praise them highly enough for getting a tough delivery done and taking such good care of both my new furniture and my home. I bought bedroom furniture years ago from Moore Furniture and it's still in perfect condition. I bought a previous living room set from another company and it didn't last 10 years, so I came back to Moore Furniture. Not sure why I ever tried anywhere else.

Very disappointing experience. There was no willingness to work with us on price, and both employees were dismissive and rude, showing little interest in earning our business. Delivery is limited to one day a week (Friday), which is extremely inconvenient. For a small local store, you’d expect much better customer service. Would not recommend.

Our experience at Moore’s Furniture was so lay back! Applied for their no interest payment plan with no problems. Had all furniture delivered and set up by professional and courteous people.
