Moore's Sleep World

We had a great experience shopping at Moore's Sleepworld in Fortuna. We would like to thank Travis for his help. Travis is very knowledgeable about the construction, purpose, and history of the products he is selling and just an all around personable guy. We came in rather nescient on the subject and in pain, but thanks to Travis we soon had the confidence to make a well informed decision. The mattress we wanted was out of stock and had to be ordered but he told us to hang in there and reminded us that this was an investment to improve our quality of life and to stick with the mattress we love, not change to something else we might like less because we had to wait a little longer. He gave us a timeline of 2 to 3 weeks and a little over 1 week later we had our mattress delivered and installed as well as our old mattress and boxspring removed. The whole experience has been great, definitely recommend going here if you are serious about improving your quality of sleep.

I recently purchased a Queen set from Moore's Sleep World in Fortuna, and was surprised and blessed to be served by the owner of the company herself! Jennifer Rudick was able to answer every question I had, explaining every function of every type of material that went into every bed she sells. Her enthusiasm for selling quality beds and promoting good health through good sleep was amazing! She worked tirelessly to try to find the EXACT right bed for me, listening to everything I said, and guiding me from bed-type to bed-type, to find one that was "just right!" She went out of her way to cater to my needs, giving me all the time I needed to "try out" each bed, patiently coaching me to try all different sleeping positions. Her encyclopedic knowledge of each mattress/type/style was incredible, and she even collected the 'Pictoral Cards' for each of the beds, showing and explaining them in a side-by-side comparison. Considering the dizzying array of types and choices available, having such a knowledgeable "guide" was wonderful! Jennifer made sure the whole process went smoothly, including the delivery, changing from a "Delivery Window" to a "Time Certain" Delivery time, which made all the difference to my busy schedule! The delivery men were right on time, and quickly and efficiently set my bed up in no time-even stepping in to help adjust my metal frame to fit the mattress better! Overall, my experience with the Owner of Moore's Sleep World, as well as her well-trained staff, was extraordinary. Jennifer's kindness, compassion, knowledge and understanding made a potentially overwhelming experience almost a delightful one!

Jessica at the Fortuna store was knowledgeable about the needs of my elderly mother and guided our purchase smoothly, allowing plenty of time to figure things out. She is a people person and her care came through from the moment I walked into the store. We are excited to see how this new Helix mattress will make the difference in my Mother’s comfort. Thank you Jessica!

Jessica was great. There was a computer glitch but she filled out a paper sales reciept to handle the sale of my mattress. Then the computer came back online and we laughed that it was good to be able to do a backup. Good job. Love the mattress. Thanks Moores Sleepworld

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I’m not usually super big on talking in public but they were so nice and genuinely wanted to help us find the right bed for us. They also had a large selection of beds and knew all about them. It made it a lot easier being able to pick the right one.I highly recommend them.
