Felt welcome & at home from the minute we walked in. Our Sales representative Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable and NEVER pushy to buy anything. We did walk out buying a kitchen table, sectional, bedroom set, media leather sofa! Happy New Year to us! We will definitely be back for Mor Furniture for Less shopping!! I received stellar service from Jacob at Mor Furniture. I called to ask about a dining set and I gave Jacob the impossible task of finding out if they had the set in stock, plus I requested getting it delivered within only a few days ( before family arrives). I also asked about matching the price of the 4 chairs, as I’d planned on purchasing those elsewhere for better price. Jacob was very professional and helpful and he quickly looked into the details of my request. SUCCESS!! It was seamless!!! Mor Furniture had the items in stock. Jacob matched the chair prices I discussed and he arranged for delivery and assembly within the needed timeframe! Jacob should train all the other sales personnel. The purchase was SEAMLESS and Jacob was so pleasant to work with. Mors is not usually my first Go-To for furniture, but they will be from here on, and I will always request Jacob now! Derek was exceptional to work with. He was extremely helpful, took the time to walk us through every detail, and had everything we needed in stock. These guys at the Fairview location are awesome! First time we were in, Derek acknowledged us, gave us some time to check things out and would periodically check on us. Second time in, we talked with Jacob and he was equally as awesome. These guys were so patient and friendly and best of all didn’t hassle or make us feel rushed. We absolutely loved our shopping experience with Mor. Steve was very knowledgeable and spent so much time showing us different options and answering all of our questions. We bought a couch here and when our favorite guy Steveb was not here Tyson stepped in and helped us figure out the best layout for the room. Highly recommend Mor Furniture if you in need of new furniture. The staff are amazing and super friendly.
