I was extremely pleased with the service I received at this location; the salesman was much more down-to-earth than other stores I'd visited from different companies. He was knowledgeable, and found a mattress that fit my needs almost instantly. He didn't try to push too many additions onto my purchase, and the buying process went smoothly. I'd gladly purchase another mattress from this store again if I need in the future.

He didn't try to upsell or drive us to the highest price mattress. Fred pointed out what options came with each price point, which helped us make an informed decision. We love information we hate high pressure, Fred is your knowledgeable sales associate who helps, doesn't push.

Choosing a mattress doesn't need to be difficult! We went to Mattress Firm and Fred helped us find one that was perfect for us. It helped we went during a sale as the price point was very reasonable. Time will tell whether the mattress was the right choice but there is a full year trial period on the one we picked.

No pushy sales people. Never tried to sell us more than we needed and very friendly. They have a full line of products for every need and every budget. We took my mother there to get her a new mattress and pillows a few weeks after we purchased ours and she was able to find what she needed. Highly recommend at least making a stop to check out their products if you are in the market for a new mattress and bedding accessories.
