View on GoogleThey have good prices for their furniture. We bought a sectional couch that we love. When you go in its very nice and you dont feel like you are talking to a salesman. He was very upfront about everything and gave the break down of cost for everything. We went to Ashley's furniture and they not only wanted at minimal 800 dollars more for the same set of couch and love seat we were initially looking at but it felt like you were definitely talking to a salesman. Not only that they charge a ridiculous amount of have the furniture delivered and even more if you want then to bring it in your house. About another 300 dollars more worth. Neals is the place to go when it come to buying new furniture. Very nice selection for good prices and good wholesome people..
View on GoogleI went in to buy a couch and was really impressed at first. The staff were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They even gave me a great deal when I bundled a few pieces of furniture together. I left feeling really happy with my purchase. However, when the delivery team arrived, the couch didn’t fit through my doorway. They told me I’d need to come back and pick a new one, which I did. I looked around for a while but didn’t find anything I loved, so I ended up getting a three-piece set and ordering the matching love seat since it wasn’t in stock. A couple of days later, I realized the new set wasn’t going to fit my living room the way I wanted, so I went back hoping to exchange it for a sectional closer to what I originally bought. That’s when I found out they don’t allow exchanges or returns after delivery—something no one mentioned to me before I purchased. Most furniture stores allow at least a short window for returns or exchanges, so this policy really surprised me. They did refund the love seat that hadn’t been delivered yet, which I appreciated. But overall, the experience left me disappointed. The owner came across as more focused on money than on customer satisfaction. The employees were great, but I wouldn’t shop here again. If you’re spending thousands on furniture, I’d recommend going somewhere like Ashley Furniture where you have more flexibility and peace of mind if your purchase doesn’t work out.
View on GoogleI love this store. The furniture was easy to view as it was all set up. 3 stories with stairs that fit the stores set in the 60s /70s , plus the associates were so helpful. The delivery was on time with the guys setting everything up for us. Very highly recommend.
