Caleb was very helpful and was very polite. I took him a picture of what I was looking for with the name and he showed he had one in stock and it was actually a dollar cheaper than the one we found in Oklahoma City yesterday. So ready for our new sectional to be delivered.
View on GoogleI enjoyed not being followed, yet knowledge about products was a plus and willing to check on availability of item. The member price vs everyday price was confusing and didn’t truly explain in depth of it. I end up financing and paid the higher price. I had no clue what the membership cost was if I decided to change my mind to purchase right out. Please explain more when customers are able to purchase without financial assistance.

He was knowledgeable about the different products and styles, and he knew exactly what was in stock, which was important to me since I needed a quick quote turnaround. There was no pressure to buy, which I really appreciated. As a bigger guy, he took the time to guide me toward recliners that would actually fit me well instead of wasting time on options that wouldn’t work. Thanks again, Athn, for all your help...I’ll definitely be back to purchase my next round of furniture from you.
View on GoogleFound the living room furniture I wanted, so that was good. The salesman was new so I’m not sure where the misunderstanding started but bottom line I felt I was lied to. The person doing the final process to seal the purchase could not explain all the extra charges. He explained a few but there was still 2-3 hundred dollars that we were being charged that could not be explained. We left the store without the purchase. I contacted a manager, told him what had occurred & he waived all the extra fees & I purchased the furniture. I will probably not shop at this store in the future due to the excessive fees.
