Very pleasant, no pressure to make a decision. We had a very good experience choosing 2 chairs, then additional bedroom furniture. After looking on-line and in Tulsa, it was so nice to find what we liked here in B-ville, close to home. Brent was knowledgable and kind. We appreciated his help. We look forward to receiving our purchases in 8 weeks or so. Thanks for a nice shopping experience.

Neals just delivered my living room furniture. The whole process start to finish was so easy. The staff went over and above helping me to pick uphostery fabrics for couch and chairs that will go with our decor. We moved into a new house for us and have been doing some painting and remodeling before moving the furniture in. They held the furniture in their warehouse until we were ready for it. The guys who delivered the furniture were very nice and set it up exactly like I wanted. They were careful not to scrape or scratch the newly painted walls. Overall, the whole experience with Neal's has been great and I highly recommend them for all of your furniture needs.

The sales people were very kind, treated us with respect. The delivery guys were awesome. The couch barely fit in the door. They did a great job getting it in and made sure nothing was damaged. I would 💯 recommend buying furniture from Neal's. It was a great experience all the way around.

Calli is magnificent, she helped us with several quotes and always willing to answer any questions we had!!! Never any pressure to buy anything at all, very pleasant place to shop and they had the lowest price anywhere we had shopped even for the same exact living room set!!!!

I purchased 2 Recliners from Neal’s for a gift for my son and daughter in law. Casey was my sales representative she did a great job. I am not from Bartlesville and this was my first time in the store we were able to find a good choice from the large selection. So far a very positive and pleasant experience I would definitely shop at Neal’s Homestore again.
