Great prices, friendly professional staff, stocked warehouse for same day pickup. They also have delivery. UPDATE!!! Everything was great with our visit at Neal's Homestore until we got the furniture home. They told us they didn't have 2 pieces of my 3 piece set of my furniture in stock so they gave us the store display, no price adjustment, not wrapped or boxed. We get it home & the recliner wouldn't work, the buttons didn't light up, it was dead. We called to get a replacement. My husband was mad so he drove back to the store & they gave him a new power supply, it didn't work either. We called them back & told them to deliver us a new chair, take the defective one & do not charge us a delivery fee. We were assured they would be here by my requested time of 4:00. THEY WERE A NO SHOW. I'll post more after this is resolved.
View on GoogleJust went to Neal’s Home Store in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. I purchased the rug and 2 lamps. We love them. They worked perfectly. Thank you Kenneth and Brittany you were very helpful! Oh and Lulu loves the rug too!
View on GoogleThe service technician arrived during the specified time period and fixed the issue with the couch in about 5 minutes. He did a great job! I would recommend Neal’s furniture store to anyone looking for great quality furniture and service to back it up.
View on GoogleNo need to shop around. Neal’s will match or beat any competitor prices and have the best, friendliest staff. Quick delivery and always there if you have any questions.
View on GoogleAlways love shopping at Neals. The furniture is beautiful. The guys were very professional and very polite. I have bought an adjustable queen bed from you all several years back. And I got a king adjustable bed. I’m absolutely in love with. I was excited to come back and see all the couch options and I am in love with my fireplace stand. Kenny. Krysta( I hope I spelled her name right) they are super friendly and greet you and direct you soon as you come through the doors. You feel welcome. And now I have a beautiful new cabinet that was a good price for something nice and a beautiful change of scenery.
