Great service and friendly staff! I have bought several lift chairs over the years from NRV furniture, and have been very pleased with the service they provide and the quality of the chairs. I live in Salem ( it’s worth the drive to Radford) they delivered and set the chairs up for me. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for nice people and good furniture! -Larry M Rothgeb BSN RN
View on GoogleOrdered a mattress from this place. It was during the time the hurricane hit North Carolina. Because of that the company was not making mattresses right away, which we understood and was very patient, but over about a half year to a year we began to get excuse after excuse as to why the mattress wasn’t coming. In the mean time we bought a leather couch and recliner and had them order a matching loveseat. Well, the wait began for that and we began to get these weird excuses why it had not been delivered. We decided to go to court. That has been over a year ago and we still haven’t gotten our money back. We received judgement against them, but still no money. DO NOT GO INTO THIS PLACE. They’re ripoffs!!

View on GoogleI recently purchased a bed from NRV Furniture and I must say my wife and I had an amazing experience. The service was above and beyond anywhere else. We were not rushed but encouraged to take our time and come back if needed. We loved the fact that no one tried to "sell" us anything! We were given factual information to help in our decision and did I mention BEST DEAL AROUND! The bed we chose costs thousands more from other stores so we saved a ton of money. Can't say a bad word about this place. I must point out that I have read some of the other reviews and although I understand everyone perceives their experience differently, I am NOT white and I was treated more than well! The owner personally waited on us and personally handled our needs from start to finish. He could have hid in the back but he didnt. The process was seamless and the entire staff was amazing. Randy a d his staff are the reason we will be making all our bed and sofa purchases with NRV Furniture from this day forward. Highly recommend this establishment!
View on GoogleAfter buying furniture from them in September of 21 that was not in stock we had to listen to every COVID related excuse why we did not have our furniture. They would not give us a refund and stopped answering our phone calls. After setting up a court date they managed to give us a refund just days before the hearing I would sit on the floor before I would buy a chair from them. very poor business practices
