No Bull Mattress & More

I had a wonderful experience at the Main Street location Hilton Head. Tim Gaines helped me pick out the best mattress for my exact need. He made the process seamless and took the time, care and interest to personalize the important purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with this quality Twin XL mattress. Also, I was able to receive it quickly and efficiently by his staff. Thank you so much.

Our experience with Tim at the Hilton Head No Bull Mattress store was excellent. We bought a mattress, box spring, bed frame and headboard for a guest bedroom.Tim never pressured us into purchasing a higher priced item, answered all of our questions patiently, and was very helpful. The delivery team was excellent as well. They arrived as scheduled and had to disassemble a sofa bed for removal. They made sure that we were satisfied with the placement of the mattress and headboard. We are very happy with our purchase.

Tim was one of the most congenial salespersons we have met over many years and a variety of product venues. His commitment to assist us in finding the perfect mattress fit was obvious. His patience and candid explanation of the different characteristics of the several options available to us resulted in a thoroughly satisfying choice. Could not be more pleased with service. After visiting several stores last month in search of a new king mattress, I made the decision to purchase from No Bull--and I was so happy with that choice. In fact, I made the decision a few days later to select a second mattress for my guest room. Shannon and her team were exceptional to work with. She listened to my needs and recommended great options and within my budget. Their customer service is far superior to anything offered by their competitors. They bent over backwards to deliver on my schedule and couldn't have been nicer. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
