Northern Mattress & Furniture 1st

Very friendly and helpful salesman. (Nick). My new recliner is to be delivered Friday and I am really excited. I find it very expensive and am really hoping it is good as was told. Thank you Nick.

Upon entering the store in downtown, Skowhegan, I was greeted by Tony. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for. He said they did not have anything quite like that, but he would check and see if he could order something finding out that what he could order was way too big for the space I wanted. he showed me a different couch on display. He told me to go up and sit on it so I did as soon as I sat on that couch I was sold. I asked him if I could take pictures to take home to see how it would look in the space and he said Sure. When I got home, I placed those pictures in that space and it fit perfectly and finish the room off just the way I wanted it to look the following day. I went back and was greeted by Nick who helped me through the process of purchasing the couch I just want to say thank you to both of them for making my experience stress-free. I can’t wait to get my new furniture in my living room room.

Toni was very helpful and informative about my purchase. I have dealt with him in the past and I will always go back for further purchases. Thank you Toni

We had a great experience on Saturday February 21st in Skowhegan. Found the recliner my husband wanted at a good price. He lost his wallet in one of the recliners and the man working there went above and beyond to try to return my husband's wallet. Total customer service. Thank you!!!

Great experience buying from Nick today! He listened to our story of why we needed to make our purchase. He explained the features of many products and then left us to look and make our decision. As soon as we’d decided, he was available to complete our transaction. Very satisfied!!! Thank you 😊
