Dennis was recommended to us by Todd, and he was outstanding. He guided us through various dishwashers and explained the differences between them all. Our delivery was scheduled within a few days by Michelle. Andy and Chad did a fantastic job installing our dishwasher. As always, we're happy with Fortin's!

Staff was helpful and patient and responsive to emails I sent when I was in search for my new induction range. They sent specs on a few ranges to review and once i made a decision on the model I wanted they ordered it and delivered it on the day and time very promptly. Delivery went smoothly and I was back cooking that afternoon. I haven’t used all features yet but so far I am very happy with my GE induction range. Love the 11 inch burner because I do lots of canning and it boils water quickly.

The Fortins team was fast and reliable as always. They set up our new couch and chair and removed our old furniture quickly. We are very pleased with the service and even more pleased with our purchase!!!!

The salesman was great to work with answering all my questions and finding the appliances that would fit in my home. Big selection of products to look thru. Delivery men were not helpful nor friendly upon arrival. We had to call the business to get help removing old appliances as they refused. However, according to them the paperwork didn’t say they had to move the old appliances out even though I specifically asked about this before buying the appliances. So sales was great but delivery lacked. One of the two men was friendly by the end of job. We’ve had much better delivery service with other businesses in the past.

2st delivery wasn't so good only because the sofa is bought wouldn't fit through my door. At least I was able to take credit and choose another sofa that would fit and I have to say I'm very happy with this sofa. Its very comfortable and I like it...the guys who delivered it to me along with my TV were very pleasant and friendly. You have a great team working for you. I'll definitely will be back to choose more furniture items I need. Thank you Karen Panella
