**was sold a broken/ homemade item as new** On July 8th I purchased a box spring and frame for a queen sized mattress in my guest bedroom. The bed was used by a guest a total of three times since then. While cleaning, I sat on the bed for a minute and the whole thing collapsed and the wood frame snapped. I was told there is no warranty on box springs and the “best” thing they can do is sell me one half price. It’s a shame because up until this, I had great customer service, but you clearly don’t stand behind the products you sell. UPDATE: After taking the fabric completely off I noticed that the platform is in fact constructed with cardboard and was already cracked and repaired. This literally looks homemade and was sold to me as a NEW platform. Please make sure what they are selling you is in fact new.

View on GoogleWhat kinda place doesnt have a return policy? Especially when one is unsatisfied?? Father goes in asks for a chair to suite his wife as a gift. Gets a chair that's honestly overpriced for what it is and definitely to small for the person bought for. Won't get any of our business again I'll make sure of that one!! Very annoying..
View on GoogleI went into Northwoods Furniture right as they were getting ready to close. I apologized for being there late, and the crew there had no problems helping me. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and the wonderful lady showed me all of the pieces, and had a gentleman get the prices ready for us. They also contacted the other location on more pieces for me. I was beyond happy to find these specific pieces to begin with. The fact that the staff went above and beyond, plus found more for me after makes it that much more appreciated. I can not wait to do business with them again. Thank you everyone!
View on GoogleWe bought a couch, rocker, & bed over a year ago and have been very happy with all. Sales person was helpful & not pushy. delivery was good. The recliner/couch is great for a nap!
