I recently had an issue with a reclining sofa I bought over a year ago from O’dells. I called on a Saturday morning and Derek came up to Ashton to troubleshoot the problem. He wasn’t able to fix it that day but had the delivery drivers pick it up on Monday. I had my sofa back on Thursday! No charges! Derek is the best and very knowledgeable. I have shopped at O’Dells for 25+ years and will continue to do so!! Best customer service around. Thank you!!!
View on GoogleLocal Furniture Store that's Super Friendly and Great Prices as well! We've purchased many things here for our home! Roger is our favorite salesman! He's super helpful and doesn't push you to buy anything... Just a great guy that knows his furniture!! Love buying from our hometown! Highly Recommend you check it out!! =)
View on GoogleWe bought a sofa and love seat set here a couple years ago and have had two great experiences with the store since when it came to repairs and serving the couches. Our little kids have been a bit rough on the recliners and they've taken good care of us and we're super quick and responsive to our requests, especially Derek.
View on GoogleI think the store is centered around a older generation. All the furniture looked out a day, and the salsa is very pushy criticizing me that I made too much money. And trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need it.
View on GoogleWe love our new couch! We also loved how they were able to put it in and take our old couch away
