Odell's Furniture

The customer service was very helpful they found me exactly what I was looking for. I will enjoy it for years to come. Thank you Odells

Any of you who know me know I hate leaving a bad review but I felt I had to on this one. My family and I went to this location looking to spend roughly up to $1,000 on an entertainment center we all felt very rushed by the sales representative who at one point actually recommended us to go to Ashley furniture or another store this could have been due to the fact that we have tattoos and don't dress or look like their average customer but if the sales representative would have taken a closer look she would have realized that diamonds in my sister-in-law's engagement ring probably cost more than her monthly salary. They do have a lot of nice Quality Furniture and they are locally owned business but they could probably benefit from less judgmental representation and I'm honestly sad to say that we took our business elsewhere our original intention was to stay local.

Great customer service. Pricing is good, nice selection. Friendly atmosphere, good selection.

Great company to work with and especially THANK YOU to Mark!! We had bought a large sectional and wood bench and Mark was a big help with going through that process. A year later now, I couldn’t get my couch to work (due to my error) after moving it. I contacted Mark and he had someone come out to my place without hesitation. The tech was awesome and showed me my mistake lol and was very informative about things. The purchase experience and now the customer service experience has been a 5-Star experience for sure! I highly recommend this company and they have an awesome manager - Mark!! THANK YOU O’DELLS FURNITURE!!

We recently purchased a recliner. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The young delivery guys were awesome as well. Great experience!
