Nice little store. Great prices. I'l always love going here. The staff are nice. It is a little messy though. But I appreciate this store much for the cheap prices and lovely items.
View on GoogleBought a fan 33 days ago. But they only honor returns for up to 30 days. That cool but not so much if you sold me broken merchandise. I haven't needed it till about a week ago, I opened it and it's BROKE! I don't live close to one so this is the first chance I've had to try to return it. That's why the 1 star review. So beware, check it out when you get home, even if not going to be used right away.
View on GoogleWe bought a fan and didn't open it for a few weeks. After opening it we realized that the oscillater was cracked and their was no way to fix it so the fan wouldn't work at all. We live about an hour from Ollie's so it took a few more weeks to get up to one. We brought it in to exchange and they wouldn't exchange it because it had been 33 days and the max is 30... I really love Ollie's but the customer service in this transaction was very unsatisfactory and it has tainted my opinion of the store.
View on GoogleAlways have great prices and new items to see ! Clean store and staff is friendly. The guy ( sorry don't know name! ) but he's usually at the register is always so friendly and funny too. He deserves a raise!
View on GoogleI had a wonderful experience at this bargain outlet store. As soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of unique items they offered, from quirky home decor to stylish accessories. Each aisle seemed to hold a new treasure waiting to be discovered. The cashier who rang up my purchase was exceptionally professional and friendly, making the checkout process smooth and enjoyable. I appreciated her helpfulness as he answered my questions about the store's return policy and informed me about some upcoming sales. Overall, my visit was delightful, and I will definitely make it a point to return soon to explore more of what they have to offer.
