Ollie's Bargain Outlet

The store was well stocked and had a good selection. I bought more than I intended to. Staff was friendly and smiled. Remember, it's still a discount store so it's not going to be all shiny and organized.

I had an unsettling experience at the New Hartford location for returning a sealed mattress within 11 days of purchase. I called this location to confirm they could accept returns from other locations before coordinating and making the drive. I was honestly very nervous when I got there based on the NH experience, however, the staff was incredible from the beginning. I was hesitant they'd accept and the cashier pointed to the wall for showcasing the 30 day no hard time return policy and exclaimed "we love our customers" amidst the exchange. Store was also noticeably clean and organized. Values aligned to the writing on the walls. Looking forward to doing business with this location.

This store is so much better than the store in Utica. It's bigger and cleaner. I was there and scored on some great books. I found some autographed books by the authors. I found a good that was autographed by one of my favorite singers, who wrote a cookbook. It was $6.99 on her website, and autograph copies of her book were selling for $75. They have some great deals on items and different products too.

There are always great deals. The staff's friendly. I enjoy wandering around looking to see what interesting things I can locate.

I love ollie's and I am very pleased that I no longer have to drive to new Hartford it's right in Rome.and clean as well...they always have so many things and priced accordingly... They have Mattresses,Rugs, socks, towels, they even have exercise equipment air-conditioning units, umbrella's for you or for your outside tables.. and appliances which I forgot they had when my can opener no longer worked..I found a unique cat tree and I wasn't able to locate the box and Kayla a worker was so helpful she made my visit even more enjoyable..I will be back for more shopping and to pick up that cat tree..Thank you Rome store....
