I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan! Gardner was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain that I could actually customize my bed frame, which I had no idea was even an option — that alone made a huge difference for me. I also purchased a dresser that ended up being a perfect match with a mirror I had previously bought, and Gardner helped make sure everything coordinated nicely. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, including delivery. Everything arrived on time and in great condition. Highly recommend working with Gardner if you stop in — he made the experience easy and enjoyable!

View on GoogleI walked in to the store needing to know a lot more about what mattress would support my back than I could find out by researching mattresses online. Gardner spent almost an hour and half walking me through the range of options available once he had my parameters, and gave me detailed information and time to try out and compare the mattresses that met my specs. When I called to place an order the next day, he set up delivery and a way to pay so I didn't have to go back to the store. The delivery occurred within the scheduled window and the team that set everything up was very efficient and quick. Great experience!
View on GoogleI need to take a moment to really express my gratitude to Mr. Rich. Not only did he help me with fixing my order, but he wasn’t even the salesman that worked in the state I live in. He’s provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. For this, I cannot thank you enough. The problem was that I was sent a completely different and undesirable living room rug, which really bothered me because it didn’t even remotely fit in with living room furniture theme. Yesterday, my furniture was delivered and I couldn’t be happier with how seamless everything looks. They had the correct rug I ordered, which is exactly how I imagined it would shine. View on GoogleThe store was very nice with lots of options. Our sales rep Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful. We probably tried out every Beatyrest mattress they had and Jacob was able to tell us the differences for each one. Overall we weren't there very long, the checkout and delivery schedule process was quick and smooth. We also received a lot of discounts and deals. Very satisfied with our picks, and what we paid for our new mattress, adjustable base, and bed set!
