I am leaving a one star review for several reasons. 1 I called this store and asked for a specific item which was the black round trash can with a lid and was told yes. So I drove all the way over here for what ?? There to be NONE of the trash cans at all!!! I was very specific in which one I wanted. I saw someone come out of a back area so I had to ask do you work here she looked like she didn't want to take the time of day to help me period!! Her name is I think Destiny or Desirea or something close to that. She literally walked off and came back and said we don't have any and started to walk off literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS PERIOD!! She was unfriendly, not kind, not helpful and if you act like you don't want to be at work then you need to find another job. So I said I would like to speak to her manager as she walked off. I stopped at the registers bc I have disabilities and am in a lot of pain. She walked Into a door at the corner past the registers. Then the phone rang and the cashier answered it and it was the manager Claudia asked her questions. So I am standing near the entrance and am getting more upset by the moment bc as a manager you absolutely SHOULD go talk to your customer yourself and ask the cashier hey did you talk to this lady. Instead while I am getting frustrated with the cashier she is sitting in her little office and talking on the phone. In NO WAY should you not go to your customer right away to find out what is going on. The girl with the long nails and no identification showing she even works there was literally smirking bc I am upset. The store manager has no customer service skills either she was rude and very short with me. She wouldn't and didn't even try to handle this correctly at all!!!!! The co manager Sandra came out and I literally told the manager and Desire or Desirea I no longer wish to speak to them bc they were both bring extremely rude. The store manager Claudia was fast to give me the corporate number so I would leave. This is the umpteenth million time.I feel like I have came to this store just to be told no we don't have it after being told yes we do. The co manager Sandra should be the store manager she was kind, understanding, apologetic and most importantly she listened which the others didn't. I won't ever be back to this store ever again. I am tired of being lied to saying yeas we have that come on over just to waste my time, energy and gas to be lied to. The only one I am not upset with is Claudia she again should be the store manager bc she is the only one who even knew how to speak to me. The store manager couldn't even take the time to get off her butt and come talk to me herself. The only reason she did is bc I told the other rude employee she was being disrespectful not even coming to talk to me in the 1st place when I asked for a manager..... I have disabilities and am in pain 24/7/365 and on top of life lifing right now I had a death in my family and to have that kind of disrespectful attitude being thrown at me sent me into outer space.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST store I've ever been inside of!!! The employees there are ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!! I've Never in my life EVER been SO Disrespected!!! As I'm standing IN LINE WAITING TO PAY they had security throw me out FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!! THAT WAS THE VERY FIRST TIME I'D EVER BEEN INSIDE THAT STORE!!!! I'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

Elizabeth and Maureen were wonderful, friendly and helpful. I only cam in to get a look as I've never been in an Ollie's before. I walked out with an idea of what to shop for when I return and got an Ollie's card. Great place, thank you!

Good but random selection that's always changing. Prices ok, u just have to look around. Some things still too pricey but u never know what ur gonna find! They do always have coffee pods with great selections for a steal! Have also recently noticed a growing foreign/ethnic food section. Not huge but a nice way to try some indian, African or middle Eastern dishes.
