It's an Ollie's! I love the store in general but this one particularly is a let's say 3 1/2 Stars. And I hate saying bad things about places but this one just is very unorganized and unhelpful customer service. Truly every time I go there and I do need somebody to assist me and I can never find anyone to help. And like I said the unorganized store is unpleasant answer customer. At the store in general how do you expect to sell things that are just not open for display or you know what I mean how do you expect to sell stuff if it's pushed way back throwing way back on shows and what not. And again how do you expect to sell stuff if you can't get a worker to help with the pricing or to get to an item. But it is a good store. Also always one register only that is available and I've been in there in line waiting 20 + minutes.
View on GoogleNormally would give this store 5 stars but we encountered a very rude employee today. Bought some flooring and as the sign stated we purchased the floor and got customer service to load it for us. BIG MISTAKE. The kind lady checking us out called for a man to help us and he was blatantly rude to us. Wish I would have caught the guys name before we left but we just wanted to get out of there. The man acted like it was a bother to help so I helped load the flooring myself while pregnant. Very rude.
View on GoogleGreat customer service! I didn't even have to ask, they saw I needed help and came to the rescue!
View on GoogleGreat deals . I shop at Ollie's often. Great deal on toys this time of year too.
View on GoogleI mainly go for the toy sales but they've got cheap food and books too. Shame they don't have blurays
