Hopefully this negative review prompts this business to actually respond to me. I have called, texted, and emailed to try to get some information on the order I placed three weeks ago after being told it would take approximately 8 business days to receive tracking info, and I cannot get anyone to respond to me. After spending over $3k and paying for white glove delivery and setup (I have low confidence they will follow through), I cannot recommend this business. I fear I am going to have to initiate a credit card charge back to rectify this situation, which is an absolute shame. I love supporting local businesses, but this is just unacceptable.

While researching mattresses online, I stumbled across Online Mattress Showroom as an authorized retailer. What a great concept! I really liked that I could see many of the mattresses I was reading about in person. Benji was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and for less than I could have purchased from the mftr online. Delivery from the Helix factory was also faster than anticipated. Thank you Benji!
