Scam artist. Does not give receipts and does not honor warranty and buyers beware when you order a new in plastic mattress and get another one delivered that he says he is doing me a favor bringing me a more expensive one that saggs on one side that you literally roll off the bed and an adjustable frame that you order that does not work. He preys on ty the elderly. Only answers calls if you are going to buy something not if you have a problem. He promised the world but never delivers. He has yet to give me a receipt that I could get my warranty from the manufacturer
View on GoogleI have now purchased 2 different mattresses from Kelly and both mattresses were in excellent condition, and very fairly priced. I learned about this company from my son, who recommended Kelly highly, and I now do, as well. He did what he said he would do and the service was excellent.

After 6 months sagging mattress, broken platform no warranty and even if he does not offer warranty there was no tag with model numbers or the receipt has no tags anywhere on the mattress to call the manufacturer. Kelly is a joke. I plan on pursuing to take my pictures of the broken platform that he replaced that I did not originally bought. He is not willing to compromise with some kind of refund. I now have a new mattress from city furniture that has a warranty.I did buy 3 mattresses from this scam artist for over the last 10 years and never had a problem until he delivered the beauty rest with no tag or plastic on it. He said he took the plastic off outside and yes my daughter is overweight under 250. You said go ahead jump on it so she did You said the platform could hold 3000 pounds. I hope people will read this post again. You claim to be a Christian and you sure took advantage of my kindness and vulnerability when my husband just passed away

He loaded and strapped down two queen size mattress onto my truck. He is in my contacts now for whenever I need a mattress for one of my short-term rental rentals
