I walked into Osborne’s Furniture on a Friday morning and had my entertainment center the next day before 10:00 AM. Edie was friendly and professional. She helped me find a beautiful reclaimed-wood piece of furniture. From start to finish I received great service from Osborne’s.

We had a wonderful experience with Faith our sales person. She helped us find the perfect pieces for our “space challenged” living area. I’ll be going back for bedroom stuff soon.

Arrived at 3 pm on a Saturday to look at dining room furniture. The store was totally empty, and the lights upstairs were turned off, giving it an eerie feel. The display selection was really small. The saleswoman that helped us showed us catalogs that we could order from, but if I’m just ordering from a catalog and there are no discounts or perks for buying in store, why did I drive there in the first place? We didn’t end up buying anything - at that point ordering online is easier and probably cheaper. Overall it felt like a very dated, slow way to buy furniture.
